Step 1

Online Application & Assessment

1-1 Application (Online)

If you are already a registered candidate, please log in using previously created log in information. Forget your log in information? Please recover your data by clicking on the link available under the log in fields.

Contact Details - Enter your personal information (name, address, phone number, email, etc.)

Education - Add your education information - You will be asked to select your school, major and education level from a list.

Resume – You can type, paste or attach your resume.

  •     Maximum length allowed in the resume text field is 64,000 characters.
  •     Attachments cannot exceed 500 kilobytes.
  •     Accepted formats: Word (.doc, .docx), Text (.txt), Portable Document Format (.pdf).
  •     Maximum number of attachments is five.

Note:

  • At any time you can save your application as a draft and come back to complete it before the deadline.
  • if you completed the online application and met our requirement, you will receive the on-line assessment link within 7 days.

P&G uses online assessments to measure skills and accomplishments that generally do not emerge from interviews. These assessments are critical to determine if you will be able to continue through the hiring process.

1-2 PEAK Performance Assessment (Online)

Assesses your background, experiences, interests and work-related attitudes, and measures your compatibility against P&G competencies for defining successful job performance.

Description:

  • Online delivery allows 24/7 access
  • Take as much time as you need to complete – most applicants take between 20 and 30 minutes
  • Available in over 20 languages

 When organizing a work team, you have selected those who:

  • Have different strengths
  • Have the most technical expertise
  • Cooperate with each other
  • Follow instructions
  • Think like you

1-3 Reasoning Screen (Online)

Depending on your desired position you may be asked to complete the Reasoning Screen. The Reasoning Screen measures your cognitive ability. This is important because the nature of our work is complex and continually changing.

Description:

  • Online delivery allows 24/7 access
  • 15 questions
  • Two minutes and 30 seconds allowed for each question
  • Test takes approximately 30 minutes
  • Available in over 20 languages

 Please make sure you finished BOTH online application and assessment before the deadline. You will NOT be able to update your profile after the deadline.

Step 1

Written Reasoning Test

Written Reasoning Test (In-Person)

During this step, your profile and assessment result will be carefully reviewed. Depending on your desired position, candidates who are qualified may be asked to complete our paper-and-pencil Reasoning Test. The test is delivered on campus or in our local P&G office. This test measures your reasoning skills using numerical, logic-based and figurative reasoning type questions.

Note: You are NOT required to join the Written test again if you have passed it before.
          However, you will be able to retake the test after one-year period.

Initial Interview

Our interviewers will ask you questions that will allow us to understand examples of your past experiences and thought processes as they relate to your work at P&G. We recruit and develop our people against key behaviors that create value by winning with consumers. This means collaborating internally to compete externally, because P&G is unbeatable when our people perform at their peak.

Step 1

Final Interview

In addition to more behavioral-based interviews, we’ll go into greater detail around your skills and capabilities. You can expect to have 1:1 interviews or a panel interview. A panel interview usually consists of two or three interviewers. This is also an opportunity to get a more in-depth understanding of our unique culture, values and endless opportunities.
